Who doesn’t love a good nights sleep! For many sleep is elusive and anxiety provoking. Maybe you easily fall asleep but wake at 3am only to drift off minutes before the alarm. Or, do you lay awake at night for hours replaying the events of the day? Regardless of what your sleep currently looks like, we can help you overcome insomnia by using a newer treatment called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- Insomnia, or CBT-I. The American College of Physician’s recommends a trial of CBT-I prior to prescribing a sleep aide. CBT-I can be a brief stand-alone treatment, or worked into a more complex treatment plan.
